GSEI Completed Design Development Drawings, Associate Engineer: Structures

Scope

  • Total project square footage associated with this structural proposal = 355,000 square feet +Amenities
  • Approximately 105,000 square feet of residential units of Type V construction.
  • Approximately 130,000 square feet of residential units of Type I construction.
  • Approximately 380 parking stalls delivered on two parking plates; a ground floor plate and one sub surface parking plate. The approximate area for parking is 120,000 square feet with an average of approximately 60,000 square feet per floor.
  • Amenities include:

Framing systems for the elevated planters and/or water features.

Framing systems for parapet walls, roof screen walls, and mechanical equipment, etc

Structural support systems for architectural elements including but not limited to canopies, storefronts, cornices, etc.

Structural support systems as required for masonry walls and masonry finishes – both interior and exterior

Building amenities include an elevated planter / water feature with a cable trellis system for screening the top floor of parking. Elevated cisterns will be utilized as both an architectural feature and green building component for irrigation.
