The Centrum underwent a $25M upgrade to transform into a co-working space for the urban professionals who live and work in the hip Dallas neighborhood. GSEI provided Merriman Associates Architects structural engineering services for the 390k SF office and retail complex located on Oak Lawn in Dallas Texas.
